Prices are reviewed regularly and are accurate. We can issue you a firm guaranteed price quotation within days and based on this you can sign an order to lock in the agreed price for 12 months.

This is a turnkey house price - that means it is the price to build the house on your existing foundations (designed for this house) and supply you with keys to the finished house with all flooring, walls painted, all electrical points and switches and all bathrooms and sanitary-ware done - a finished house!
